At Gully Labs, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Gully Labs packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point or schedule a doorstep pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
